@ JUJU_MAN - Very nice deep tune. Big wobble ting but kept it musical, tis what I like to hear.

@ DjTrainWreck - Wicked track, nice use of sounds - I felt it could have dropped into a big wobbler though.

@ worldpremiere - Real cool track, sweet modulation of the wobble. I reckon a fat snappy snare would improve the track though.

I'd love some feedback on these 2 :D especially if there are any mix issues.

:mrgreen:
Since that version I've made a couple more variations and proper beefed out the sub. Also I've taken down some of the brightness on the snare.

@ daddy mchectic - Crackhouse funk: Like the choppy drums, no major mix issues.

The Balad of Phil Mitchell's Cracky Adventure: nice crisp drums, very deep bass but mixed in well. Like the various synths, especially the one at bout 0:10

@g1zzl3 - Convoy: Bass is nuts! like the use of verb and delay.

@dubplateguy: Its called coke - Drums are very quite compared to the bass, try layering a pure sine for your sub underneath the bass synth. But you need to go back and fix the mix and drums could probably do with some processing to beef them up a bit.

Finished this yesterday, would appreciate some feedback on the mix and structure

#g1zzl3: I really liked the track!! I guess you use reason? though the delay/reeverb on the synth is quite annoying at times (in my opinion). But well done mate :)

#Tate_S: Crackhouse Funk was really awesome made!!! Big up!! But the melody irritates me at times..

Superginger - liking that slap man track, liking the synths and the melody is proper nice, what program you using? nice drop as well

JUJU_M4N - liking the atmosphere in the track, and the drum beats are sounding nice, nice drop and the wobble bass line is good. kudos.

Tate S - liking the samples, would add a bit of a melody though. none the less nice tune.

Wouldnt mind if someone could listen to a couple of tracks ive done this month

@Sinisterbeats
very nice intro. wicked drop, i love the spooky arpeggios, nice sub. maybe crack that snare up a bit bring it through the mix more. very cool atmospherics. overall sounds very clean to me. that splash needs mixing down a little more, its too high i reckon, the rest of the tracks fits well but when the splash comes in it doesnt sound as clean. good work bro

@jimlincoln
good sample in the intro. that piano sounds a bit muddy to me. was hoping for a little more to happen in the track, still nice tho.

@daddy mchectic
haha wicked drop bruv, thats some bangin shit. could use maybe a little more sub frequency. the snare could do with some beef too. the drop is cool as fuck, lovin the break that comes in after the second drop. BLOODCLART! safe man

heres one i pulled from the WIP thread seen as its done. tell us what u think, dont forget to vist my SC!

@ daddy mchectic - im not hearing any mix issues or production problems, sounds pretty solid to me man, great bass sounds too nice groove and bassline too. Propz.

@Sinisterbeats sound solid man, some nice work going on here :)

@jimlincoln both tracks are sick. Love the first one, reminds me so much of metal gear solid when you go to fight psycho mantis. Really creepy and eerie vibes man, love your percussion too.

@superginger both tunes make me orgasm in equal ammounts. Love them both. Love that both the tunes aren't just the same, you've got two different feels going on in each, lots of people produce very samey sounding tunes, well done for having a bit of variety. The first one weirdly reminds me of duran duran at times, that little acceleration in tempo works very well and there are some great samples and sounds used here. Great work man.

@ walton_producer this is a little spacious for my usual tastes, but I think in this case you've made it work well - props, cool tune :)

@circusjam "I FUCKING LOVE DUBSTEP!!!!" - for me, that sample makes this the best tune on this page. Sorry everyone, but I literally pissed myself with laughter when I heard that. You win. Good production value, great samples, wicked sounds. Well done man.

Soundcloud Just finished this in case you're wondering where the hi-hats are I deliberately left them out. Wanted to give it a more relaxed minimal feel and let the guitar parts breathe. It's based on a poem by Edward Cummings of the same name.

Hope you guys like it.

@kaiori breathe: First off I've got to say I love that poem, it's my favourite poem ever literally, I'm thinking of getting the words tattoed on myself (for real) etc. There's a great sense of space and emotion in the track, the omission of the hi hats was a great idea, the tune really breathes, it's one of those tunes that aches almost because of the simple tension created by space... and such atmosperics as delay, reverb, or whatever in your case thethe hi hats being left out made it spot on, lovely track, I enjoyed it.

@circusjam: The top tune was a beaut, really good samples and synth/bassline work. The mix may be slightly too loud but that's just me thinking that probably, big ups on that.

Soundcloud<<<<<<<< was going to add a second break and do something more interesting but my CPU wouldn't have it so this is the near-finished version.

Thanks for the feedback guys.

@ Sinisterbeats - I'm loving the eerie sound scape, perc and that ethereal synth that breaks through at 0.56ish just before the drop. I'd prefer the track with a punchier kick and snare but that's a preference thing.

@ jimlincoln - Nice use of sounds, especially the vocal harmony in I give you love...

@ walton_producer - Rude tune, nice style.

@ circusjam - lol @ sampling that ginger kid - Woiiii, it just dropped - Big! Really good/funny use of sampling. I FUCKING LOVE DUBSTEP!!!

@ kaiori breathe - Nice mellow number here, sweet sounds. Am loving that (rhodes?)piano with delay. The guitar samples are kick-ass too. Epic-MellowStep FTW.

@ kaiori breathe:

1st of all i think you made the correct decision on leaving the hats out to let the guitar breath, you've achieved a nice calm transient feeling on this one, snare sounds spot on against all the ambiance and instruments, i think i might of had a little delay on the snare for a 16th or so here and there, but that's just to my taste, i really like the track.. big ups on production.

I would too, it's quite static. but that's only a very very minor thing.

@ ControlDubstep: 'Skankin' On Dank' - Gworn! Sick tune and I'm feeling the next ting vibe switching to those nice soulful rhodes chords before dropping back into the dutty marching wobbler.
'TFT' - Not feeling this one as much, sick tune still though.

Nice accordion going on. But the track lacks sub bass. All i can hink of. Maybe also sounds quite mono.

worldpremiere wrote:Hey guys.. any feedback on this?

I've left feed back on page 6 for like 5 or 6 tracks but mine has gotten no attention.. Now before i start crying... please, please! :w:

Positive vibes. Nice drum work! Percussion is good!, bass is interesting, keeps moving.

phoxache wrote: Soundcloud
Nice! the snare is a bit too dominant in the mix, but the use of guitars is cool.

Ok onto mine. Just finished this today.
Any feedback welcome

@ depone, nice chill tune :) a little short though :(
personally i'd make the snare have abit more reverb, and maybe hit a tad harder
