DUBSTEP TO DRUM N BASS TRANSITION TUNES

Post by tomisdancing » Fri Sep 17, 2010 11:55 am

EZ all,

I don't know about you but I'm getting pretty sick of mixing just DUBSTEP or just DRUM N BASS.... I am aware that you can drop tunes in during a bridge but thats just a bit boring so i was wondering if anyone knows of any tunes which make the transition from DUBSTEP to DRUM N BASS and VICE VERSA...

There's probably already a thread discussing this but I'll be damned if I can find it....

Hope I find you well my dub-heads and sub-skankers

PEACE

You only need one tune to make the transition

Legit thread.. unfortunately I have nothing to add that hasn't already been said. Also, anyone know of tunes that do the opposite (DNB to Dubstep)? the only one I can think of off the top of my head is Dirtyphonics - Quarks..

not really dubstep to drumstep but i've been getting mixes between dubstep and jungle. found a mix of a cluekid track that goes into an old bukem track REALLY well. like someone said, getting proper bored of just mixing one genre. been working on a set with house, garage, dubstep, jungle and dnb innit, all mixed, no slow downs or spin backs or letting the track play to the end. the plan is to change it up without anyone realising its changed genre!

never heard this tune before. Just youtubed it. Wish I hadn't.

What fucking awful music that is...if you think that sounds good you need to hang up your headphones and get a new job.
