Use a saw wave, add an LFO modulating the pitch pretty fast, only a small amount though, and make sure it gradually increases the amount so as to start off with no modulation at the beginning of the note, and then towards the end more pitch mod. Then put a cutoff filer envelope going down, with about 30% resonance, depending on the synth/filter. Now listen to the chord that its in, play that chord using 3 notes and you have it. If you didn't understand, it's a simple sound so tell me what DAW/synth youre using and ill upload you a project file/preset.
