actually not, i like it because it's got a totally different vibe going on instead of no vibe at all like most other archangel remixes. especially that dnb remix which was absolutely cringe-inducing. of course you could argue that it's a horrible remix as it's halfstep with a wobble-esque bassline underneath but still, the slight changes to the vocals and how the synths mesh with the original samples... it's well-made and actually works.


just compare it to the stenchman remix (normally i really dig his tunes but that one's just crap) and tell me it's shite.

Skream and Chef played both my unofficial remixes and were glad the extra layers of percussion made the tunes mixable!

I think some ppl stop their bumlicking its sad and pathetic altho I can appreciate that its annoying when a "remix" ruins a tune

It's don't think its right to generalise so broadly
On the most part Burial's tunes are sick anyway - so to improve on them would be pretty difficult.
