you found the universal reply, i can post this in any thread and it would work
anyway, one animal eating another is just one glimpse in the never-ending transformation the matter goes through in the universe, i'm only concerned of how the animals live, not what happens to them after they are dead. so for me it's about better conditions in the farms, not about less farms.
as for myself, i'm much better eating meat, and so are most of the humans if i am to judge by my readings and experience, you don't have to eat like an american, all jumbo sized, but around 3-4 good meat-based meals a week seem the best idea
