Artwork from Magnetic Man
Can somebody tell me more about him? i cant find any information about him excpet that he's part of Magnetic Man. I'm just curious if he's maybe someone known in the trance scene or something like that, 'cause so many Magnetic Man tracks have these terrible trance samples in it and i'm wondering why such big Dubsteü acts like Benga and Skream doing something like that...
Hope it's not to offensive how i wrote it, but i just can't understand this turn in producing style...

worked in big apple records with hatcha as the scene was starting, think its more of a garage background, made one of the first dubstep tunes, red. and from what i heard of him on radio, he's hilarious

Re: Artwork from Magnetic Man
Was a big garage producer back in the day, (look up DnD productions).. Had a massive influence on the original dubstep sound
Re: Artwork from Magnetic Man
He was a techno producer before garage... and a really good one too.
The trance elements in Magnetic Man isn't down to him - if anything judging by some of Skream's recent tracks he's the one most into that... The fact that they've consciously decided with Magnetic Man to go anthemic and aim for big festival shows and chart success is obviously not going to be to everyone's taste, but it's not the only thing they do - listen to the work they do individually and it's clear all are still deeply rooted in the underground...
