native instruments massive issue help!

I have this issue, I use massive with fl studio. I am able to get my bassline sounding sweet in the synth and have assignend the lfo to the cut off filter. The problem is, when I press the keys in piano roll I can hear that sound I have created spot on, but as soon I create my pattern and play it back it just plays the bass.. No wobble there?? Can anyone help me have been getting wound up for time with this! Cheers.

hmm... for me its the other way around, no modulation when I play with my MIDI keyboard but when I make a pattern in the piano roll = modulation works fine

Ahh yeah kills it don't it. Don't know if its a fruity loops problem or what? Are you using the same software?

Just global record, then automate as you go.

Check that the 'pos' box above the sync on the lfo is either ticked or unticked, cant remeber which was round, but i think that normally makes it work.

I have found the answer , untick the external sync box and that worked cheers!!
