My xbox controller has been slowly dying for a few weeks (every time I press the start button it thinks I've pressed Y), but today the click on the left analogue stick was failing slowly, then I dropped the controller in the dogs water bowl at the end of my bed, and the left analogue stick fucked up completely (doesnt work at all). 24 fucking quid for a new one :(

Amazon have reasonably priced ones, but still. The shit thing is that they don't come with rechargeable batteries as standard, think I had to pay an extra tenner for that. Surprised they didn't release the controller with some new format of battery that only microsoft make tbh.

Thats alot cheaper than they sell them in the shops so thanks for pointing me in the right direction.
Now all I have to do is decide to buy it or spend the money on an eighth, a few beers and play alone lol

Apparently I have an attitude, and treat everyone like they're my parents.
But really, I think that the person who said this is way more disrespectful than I am, and they probably have rubbed off on me.

She's only been in it ONCE, but yeah, turns out she only lives half an hour away as well and has been nagging me to meet her and go to Anne Summers and buy stuff she can use in the bath.

...I'm re-reading that back now and I'm inclined to agree with Phigure

Sounds stupid right but I just bought a whole new xbox because of this. I was lucky to get mine a few months after release, and it still works, no red rings, which is funny because every one of my friends have had the problem. How ever the pad was becoming unresponsive and I kept on getting murdered on gears so i thought fuck it... I need a new pad, fuck if i am gonna pay £30 for it... Then i need a new head set as well cos it broke years ago... That's like £45.... So I just bought the new black one value for money.

Anyone wanna buy an original 360?
