i'm not a big fan of the key clash on your first blend. go for a neutral blend if you can't get the tracks mixed harmonically.
2nd blend is miles better, much more like it
third blend is nice enough, "neutral"
fourth works well
then the squarpusher/fingathing clashes quite badly

nice tunes, some nice mixes, cheers, keep at it

the blend at 2:48? i disagree 100%. that mix is gorgeous. that is why i DETEST harmonic mixing. it lays down this completely arbitrary set of rules for what tracks can supposedly be mixed together and what tracks supposedly can't. all you need to do is use your ears. if it sounds rights it's right. full stop.

i was a music major fwiw.

oh, heh, back on thread, really enjoyed the mix a lot, tnx for putting it together!

good for you

if you haven't learnt what is out of tune then why are you telling me how well you did in your exams. you've obviously not got an ear for it.

you're hurting yourself more and more with each post. "key clash" and "out of tune" have nothing to do with one another.
