I've been listening back through some dubstep mixes i snatched off Getdarker.com back in 2007/2008. This tune was in a mix called "Dark Step Ragga King Sound" mixed by Sky3per. If you could Identify it, you would be amazing, because it seems a little bit out of the way and unlikely anyone knows it.
