I'd say Jakes & Joker. I just love the percussion sounds on most of Jakes production, especially the snares on tunes like Rhythm and Rock Tha Bells, they sound huge!

Right now it's got to be Kryptic Minds (I would include Burial but I don't really consider him in terms of dubstep - Burial's just Burial). One of Us is the best dubstep album imo, I was actually getting pretty bored until I heard it - and while I've found a few of their recent releases a bit samey I'm looking forward to what they're gonna unveil with this next album, dubstep or otherwise.

Having said this though I know I'll fall in love with someone elses tunes in the near future and change my mind.
