Hi,
I'm new on the forum. I'm a dj/producer first i made hiphop and other style's. But now i want to make dubstep i have a really cool idea for remix. But the only thing i have problems with is the beat and other things. Can someone send me there .flp file from a dubstep song with the sample's used. Than i can look how people make the beats and how they bring it up and wich fx and plugins they use. It will really help!
Greetings

my best advice is to go to youtube
and then type in "fruity loops dubstep" or something like that
there are probably videos of people making dubstep songs with that DAW
it worked for me with Ableton

Make a small loop with 1 kick, snare and hi hat and get some grooves going!
Don’t worry about people stealing an idea. If it’s original, you will have to ram it down their throats.

Maybe we could all just make a few tracks, send em over to ya, slap your name on em, and really bypass all this learning business... "figuring it out" is for the birds, yeah?

You are def in for quite the learning curve sans an Obi Wan Kenobe to show you the ins and outs early on .. keep at it though and you can stand a lot prouder than some johhny fly by that got hooked up with a bunch of loops and patches from his already prolific homie. :

.... al you think i'm someguy that want to stole your songs.... Nice welcome! on this forum.. I'm just asking if somebody has somekind of start template with the good drum sample's and a beat with it and the good synth's. I want your melody or what ever. I just want that i can learn from it that i can put my own melody in the synth en that i just do things with it. I don'twat to steal your songs... There was a other topic of this that is dead now and there they don't act like you did

What I started writing 20 mins ago. Very little done to it, obviously you cant see the fades/timing shifts/pitch changes/velocity mods on it, but that's pretty much the start of a track.

Hey man, its just what you're asking for and how you're asking it that ruffled my tail feathers. Your questions would go alot further if you were asking about specific techniques regarding the making of dubstep. What you're asking for won't actually teach you that much. It'll show you how someone ELSE sets up a track, but there are a million ways to skin a cat. More than this, again, you're gonna be looking at someone's particular setup. Music is all about innovation and clever choices, not copying how the other cat does it. You can't learn to innovate by looking at someone's song .flp file. All the information you need and more is on this site. The search function is your friend. Use it.

And what's more, that file would only work if they had the same version of FL as you and either 1) used only native instruments and effects, or 2) you had all the 3rd party VST's that they used, installed on your system. The likelihood of that is slim. There is a reason there aren't a bunch of people doing this, the sharing of .flp files as a learning tool. It wouldn't be that effective and the technical difficulties surrounding this method make it more trouble than it'd actually be worth. Sorry if I came off as being short, but the vast majority of us learned one step at a time. And its not a bad way to go...
