AAS String Studio STILL available for $20

Post by b_lee » Fri Oct 29, 2010 10:55 am

That deal on the String Studio synth is STILL AVAILABLE...wow, I didn't realize this...

For those that missed it, AudioMidi is selling a $200 softsynth for $20 bucks here: http://www.audiomidi.com/String-Studio- ... 14511.aspx

Their sale is good until October 31st.

$22.95 gets you both the synth AND the Turning Points soundbank:

Hope some folks out there can make use of this :).

Haha, glad to see some folks finding these deals threads useful :). I typically hang around the KVRaudio forum ( http://www.kvraudio.com/forum ) and whenever there's a deal on plugins, word really gets around over there. Thanks to the KVR members and their deals threads, I've copped Ultra Analog, Scanned Synth Pro, String Studio, Xils3 LE, Z3ta, Rapture and Dimension Pro all for the cost of one good synth. I've made it a point to spread the word outside the KVR community as a lot of people out there want good synths but don't have the cash to spend.

On another note, I often make threads here selling my own products (sound banks), so giving heads-up on good synth deals is my way of actually contributing something useful to the community instead of behaving like a spam bot lol.

I mean the sounds are nice but I was looking for like "violin strings" but its mostly guitar stuff. The piano patches are awful too. But oh well 20 bucks guess I'll make the most of it.

Yeah I went and listened to the demo and didn't buy, was expecting nice orchestral sounds but didn't hear them in the demo or see them in the patch list.
