Sup!!!
Thought this might interest some people if you ain't seen it before. I use it to find new artists a bit. The site basically takes feeds from soundcloud and sorts them by city in a form you can listen like a radio channel, based on city and genre -
http://citysounds.fm/. Unfortunately the available genre really depends on what's most popular in your city, and changes based on peoples uploads. Dubstep comes up in most cities i visit fortunately. Theres an iphone app too if you're that way inclined.
