Dubstep/Mixing software?
Hey sorry this may have already been answered, but im kind of short on time to search around, I wanna get into beat making, did a little way back in the day, nothing good, just was a hobby, I really wanna get into it again for real, if anyone knows some free software that I can get, preferably not something huge, but im open to anything, I dont want to sound am, or use a generic program. Also I use ubuntu instead of windows, idk if that matters but anyone who uses a linux os will know haha, thanks in advance for help.

Re: Dubstep/Mixing software?
afrosmiley domination is happening ppl, best recognize.
but anyway: try reaper. this program is "free" (it's technically not, but you can use the full-features demo until the end of time....but if you like it i suggest you cop it for all of $60).

and there is a linux friendly version.

Also notable FL runs great in WINE, but isnt as 'free' as the other two are, in a sense demo is all audio, no midi saves.
Why are we being serious with an o.p. like this though? This defies dsf logic, being polite to nice people who wanna learn but havent a clue yet. WTF man... We need alpaca pics n shit.
