We wish you a merry dubmas!

Post by Stebrah » Thu Oct 14, 2010 12:53 am

Apologies in advance about the terribly cheesy subject title.

Thinking about getting to work on a remix of a classic christmas song!

Coca Cola theme or something? "the holidays are coming, holidays are coming - weee wah wub wub wabbywabby - always coca cola"

Anybody got any good ideas on this?

Or done it previously? (And I don't mean the terribly awful jingle bells remix that was about last year)

yes, leave it the fuck alone. xmas tunes are bad enough without doing shitty remixes of them.

I get using a bunch of christmassy sounds and shit to give the right feel, but as far as an actual remix... idk.
if you have a good idea, then fuck it, go for it. mad fun, for a once play-out kinda thing lol. just can't imagine anything good in my head.

Once heard a hard house remix of the Coca Cola "Holidays Are Comin'..." song. Scarred me for life, still can't watch the advert to this day without hearing it in my head.
