I'm pretty sure it's a huge let down, so I'm not even waiting. We'll see.

I'm not going to get into an argue, we'll see.
Also,
I'm more excited about making a 2nd album
That makes me even more sure about what to expect.

i'm not looking to get into an argument either, just wondering how you could have such strong preconceptions about what it will sound like..he hasn't released anything in a good long while.

Pretty sure a lot of the tracks on his last mix for Mary Anne Hobbs are going to be on the new album... or at least some of them, bit of a teaser on how it will sound, no?
I loved that mix so much, still rinsing it!

Maybe I'm just too scared and this attitude is the safest way not to be hugely letdown, like I have been so many times before (by other artists).

yes mate wicked mix..
the new 1's were ridiculous - the vision, trance[?], and the track after woo riddim but before the sonic business (would love an ID)...
pretty sure the Joker album will be fire, or at least have 5- 6 bangers on...
to be fair looking at Joker's track record theres no reason to doubt him, hasnt really made any weak tunes imo
any more info on
anything to do with this release would be appreciated.

I know the album will have a few absolute personals on it. I cannot wait, but I fear we all might have to a while.
I make music as Forsaken, you can DL all my unreleased (and a couple released) bits here.

Mosdef one of my favorite dubstep producers, EVAR! (thanks Joker!)
So I have a strong preconception that it will be pretty fuckin' good.
Talent is as talent does, and has done in the past.

He played some mad bits I hadn't heard before at The Big Chill, started with a kind of hip-hoppy tune, sounded like a Joker thing although I could be mistaken
If that's on the album then I'm all for it!

why bother waiting for a major to put it out?
i thought this was dubstep? you know underground music.
is a shame as anything that hits the majors gets watered down.
how low can you go.

My english teacher gave me a weird look when I mentioned that as the musical instrument I played. Like the wtf stare. I had to give her the 'wiki wiki' dj motion to confirm what i meant.
