I know, It's not good. I just started attempting to make music, and this is like the third thing I've made. Hopefully someone could help me out a little and give me some tips and criticism.
I use FL9 with Massive.

@ judge_banks - I'm liking this, i think maybe if you had another bass sound in there filling in for some parts it would sound really cool..

@ DjPsychonaut - I think if the bass and vocals were more out in the foreground it would lift the tune alot. nice other than this though..

@ Sinisterbeats - This is nice.. just the right amount of sounds at the right time. good stuff.

@ soosh21 - great sounds goin on with this, the liquid textured sound is really cool. I'm loving the snare too..

@ arisemprex - I'm liking this man. especially the change at 58 seconds. really liking the violin pad type sound and that 80's sounding lead at around 1.30.. the string sound near the end really works it too..

Okay so i finally got my latest track finished. just waiting on the master so this version might sound a little low. would really like to know your thoughts.

@narrator: tight track. The only thing I would say is I would have made the sample at around 3mins in be the main intro to the song. The way it is, it sounds like the song has 2 different intros in the song. Otherwise good stuff.

@narrotor - Really like the pitch shifting sub line. Got some cool mid bass goin on, good do with bit of eqing/compresion to fatten it up more. Also agree with pain about that sample

@shakke - need to work on the mix alot more, drums need bringing up. Nice use of reverb.

@Asterix - Like the pad in the intro, hopefully the rest of the tune is a joke?

@arisemprex - Nice pads, not to sure on the snare sample. mix/mastering needs working on, sounds a bit over compressed to me.

post this earlier in the thread but iv done some mastering on it and re upped. Any feedback will be returned :D

@fhawwila at 2.35 sounds a bit weird to me, add some uplifter there or smt imo but the beggining is great :)

@narrator nice like it, deep. Sounds a bit quite quiet to me. Hope the master makes it louder :)

@sinisterbeats like the drums and the melody very good :p

this is my first track of many I hope, all kind of feedback is welcome :)

Nice one for the feedback so far guys... yeah it does sound a bit quiet alright. but then again i basically just converted the unmastered WAV at -3dB and stuck up on Soundcloud so hopefully that'll be rectified with a bit of mastering..

Easy all!

Every year I do a Halloween track under my alias 'Michael Wyers' and give it away for free to my mailing list followers. This year Michael Wyers has cooked up a freaky Future Garage track using samples from Stephen King's 'IT' movie.

I just thought I'd share it with you here, it's available for free download to the public for a very limited amount of time, I'll be taking the free download off tomorrow evening, so catch it whilst you can if you enjoy it!

Big ups!! All feedback given is of course returned as always :D:

@Whyrez- We all Float... Man don't use that fuckin vocal!!!! I hate that clown film it scarred me for life when I was a kid!! LOL> Wicked what you done with the sample....really creepy bro!! Love the bass. Whole track sounds really nice and full.

@dash b- Nice vibe with this one. Great synth.

@narrator- Love the bass at the start. Sounds really spot on. I'd have left the 'yai' noise out if I were you....that's just my opinion cuz I really hate that noise! Good track though...loads going on, which i love....which you'll know if you heard my stuff. Great build up before the second drop.

@moonman- Great kick, nice and punchy. When the bass kicks in, i reckon it's a bit too loud in my opinion but it's a good noise.

@sinisterbeats- Yeah man...this is goooood. The bass is ace mate. I hear a Burial influence for sure. All the sounds are done very well and you can really hear the depth in the track with all the samples working with, not against each other. Great vocal work. Noises after the second drop are immense mate. Top drawer.

Have a listen to my new one....me on vocals. Hope you like it.

@Pete Miles - really cool track, vocals are great. Guessing you listened to the track in my sig, not the one I was after feedback on but appreciate it all the same. Was definitely going for a Burial kinada vibe on that one.

@Newbdelux Sounds good, although you might want to EQ the hats some, and maybe turn them down a bit. The bass sounds are cool though, although I think you should vary them up a bit so it doesn't sound too repetitive

@shakke The bassline at :31 is cool. And all the background sounds are a nice touch as well. I do think it needs more Subbass though, although that might just be me. I think you should add some variation to the background synth (the high pitched one) just change up the progression every 8 bars or so.

@ Sinisterbeats The drums are definitely sick and sound really clean. Can't really think of anything i'd change but if you wanted to add some subbass I think that would go a ways to making it sound full.

This is something I've finished mixing on, hopefully everything sounds tight... although it's definitely not mixed/mastered well by any means. if you could comment on the actual clip that would be really helpful so I'd know where to make adjustments :D

I just thought I'd pop in and mention (again) that you're more likely to get your tune listened to if you post something about it, e.g. what style it is, what you want feedback on, something about how you made it, etc. I came in here just to listen to what people were making, and I almost always skip past the ones that just say "here's my tune" with a Soundcloud player, as more often than not it usually turns out to be some unmusical noisy mess that I listen to for three seconds before turning off.

Not dissing anyone's tunes in particular, just saying I'm not interested in listening to stuff that sounds like stuff I wouldn't listen to in the first place, unless of course I knew what I should be listening for so that I could give feedback. Basically, knowing something about the tune will increase the likelihood of me (and other people who are into that style and therefore can give useful feedback) listening to it, and I'm sure I'm not the only one.

Pretty quirky song, also a sample from Dexter's Laboratory?

Pretty good for a first try, better than mine tbh the kick is meaty and the production sounds decent.

-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Soundcloud

Loving the intro on this one, sounds great pretty fast paced as well and vocals are great, works damn well with the song. Would be great to hear this in a club to skank out to. :D

-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Soundcloud

Another sick track, different to most of the dubstep tracks out there also liking the synth, did you make the synth yourself?

-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Finally here are two new tracks from myself, pretty munch dark ambient dubstep if I was to tag it as anything.
