Pitch relationship between 33 and 45 rpm

What is the pitch relationship between 45 rpm and 33 rpm?
I've read that it is a little more than a fifth. A C would go down to F, and just a little flatter than that...
Is this true?
I've sampled some stuff off of a 45 at 33. I'm putting everything together by ear (because I'm a semi-functioning retard) but would like to know theoretically whats what.

interesting question, hers a answer form future producer, seems about right:
The ratio is just over 3/2 (it's really 15/11), so it'll drop the pitch by just over a fifth. If your original recording was in C, the slow version will be in F. Actually it will be just flat of F, but not as far down as E, so you'll have to do some tweaking of pitch knobs to get everything in sync perfectly.

33 - 45 rpm = 35% = 6 semitones

wouldn't it work like this:
1. make a random test tone, pitch it up from 100% to 45%, look what note it's playing.
2. undo and pitch up to 33%, look what note it's playing now.
3. look the difference between those two notes
no?

45 / 33.333 = 1.35 -------> pitch ratio between 45 and 33 1/3
log2 (1.35) = 0.4330 (number of octaves)
0.4330 x 12 = 5.12 semitones (on a 12TET scale)
