The past few weeks i have been really playing about with EQ'ing and compression. Proud of the results and the crispness of my drums etc. Not put any tunes up for a good month now, been working on some gems and really learning about frequencys. :D:

Same... feels so wrong doesnt it?

Totally reinventing my sound personally though :? ... So I bet you get eqing down and have 100 tunes up before I get one...

Imma lose my clout entirely.

I can't wait till I buy my daughter a midi controller. I can tell she already loves it when she pushes a button and something happens. She was pretty stoked to whack the ivorys on the in laws piano. She's definitely going to grow up into a producer...I hope.

been really achieving the atmospheres and emotional depth i've wanted lately... my music has been reflecting my life perfectly, and even tho my life's fucked up and insane... i know i'm doing something right. right now i'm proud that i'm taking influence from anything that i can get into my ears.. not just a genre or two.. really stepping up my game and making music that has deeper meanings than i had previously sought to create. i'm trying to metamorphise from passable to special..

Not so much my music, but I am proud of learning everything that I can, trying to experiment and come up with (a) new sound(s). And trying to help "newbs"(myself included -w-) in a helpful way, because I know how it is to be there and wanting to know everything at once, but not knowing where to go or who to ask. Hopefully my tunes will reflect all this sooner or later :D lol

edit: i am also proud of hearing feedback in person from people i don't know and them telling me they like my tracks, and that they want to hear more/would like to see me dj or perform. really drives me to keep at it!

I am also proud to be a cliche :m:

Released a 12" in August. It got a really nice critical response from Resident Advisor, Fact Magazine, DJ Mag, The Wire, etc. etc. etc.

I think I have some more in the pipeline, but who knows, really.

Not trying to accomplish anything in particular.

Oh, the Cassie remix in my sig is coming out on a Local Action mixtape at some point in Novemba.
