Facebook is shit, not enough freedom. Too restricted, I don't know why the shift from Myspace to Facebook happened. Myspace was so much better. It was nice being able to customise yo shit.

Na that's what Facebook has over Myspace imo. Everyone's pages being covered in fucking dreadful layouts and graphics made it unuseable.

Do hear that. I enjoyed it though. It was fun. Privacy was a lot easier on Myspace as well.

There used to be groups on facebook that just consisted of baited out slags and pictures of them naked. Most of them were pretty butters, from essex and like 15 though.

If they redsigned and shifted their focus on what it's used for they could be useful again. There's already good/better alternatives, but they can coexist. Maybe attempt turn it into a system similar to the "passport/open id" type sites. They obviously can't beat other sites, so maybe try to work in conjunction. Surely there would have to be involvement by competitors, but who knows maybe they will be interested. 

Or maybe Myspace just needs a hollywood movie of its own.

Facebook and MySpace are set to make an unprecedented join announcement tomorrow, according to an invite sent to Mashable . “Please join us for an invitation-only announcement by Mike Jones (Who?!?), CEO of Myspace, and Dan Rose, VP of Partnerships and Platform Marketing, Facebook,” states the invite. The announcement is set to take place tomorrow, November 18 , at 12 :00 PM PT via webcast. Our best clue as to what the two companies will announce is that Facebook’s VP for Platform Marketing will be making the joint announcement on behalf of Facebook. If we had to guess, we’d say the announcement will be related to MySpace using the Facebook Platform.
