Yeah, I've added em. I'm going to pop down tonight for the first hour or so and check it out. Kabuki, for me is about orange coloured slags and blokes who have a penchant for jabbing broken bottles in your neck before they say hey. Which is why I usually avoid the place and stick to the Westcoast/Bit On The Side nights. I think it'll be interesting to say the least...

It is quality but im still not convinced Thanet is ready for dubstep! let alone the futurebass 'untold, rammadaman, addison groove' stuff im gunna be adding into my set thursday!

Thanet is well and truly stuck into jump up DNB - so most i talk to are like 'DUBSTEP!! bit to slow for me, cant brok out to that!'

You aint been to the Bit On The Side nights, Audiobean and Skank Nasti beach parties then have you?! ;)

Definitely agree with you on the Jump Up front though, too many idiots that want to listen to the same tune with a different lfo pattern on the bass. haha Definitely like the Audiobean/Skank Nasti parties as they have a super strict no MC policy and always have a wide selection of different dj's playing.

Check my soundcloud in my sig to see what sounds me and others are pushing around here.

Quick note for the Thanet / East Kent dubsteppaz - I've played the first two Get Twisted nights at Kabuki (thursdays) - we're in need of some true dub step support - for all the haters of the local jumped up MC's i can confirm their aint been none turn up apart from Spooka who came in for 20mins last week n buggered off!!

Need some true dub lovers - the comercial crap im having to play to keep the girls/DNB heads happy is wearing thin!!!

I wanna play down there K-LOH, can you put a word in for me please mate?

It's a bit too far for me to just come down cos I don't drive, if I play I'm sure I'll be able to get a lift down.

Safe.

PRESSA & ARKTRIX I'll put a good word in lad's, i've not been DJing with Breakology for long so im not sure how far my reccomendation will go, but its worth a try...

from what i've seen at the last two nights its proving hard to get local bass music lovers out on a week night (other than DNB heads) ....more than likely as arktrix said due to Breakologys reputation for jump up n crap MC's.

Hopfully if Dice (breakology) is willing to give you guy's a chance we might be able to pull in more local intrest! looking through soundcloud n facebook their seems to be a hell of a lot of thanet/east kent dubstep producer's it's just getting them interested!
