Caspa vs Skream

Post by kpnutnut » Mon Nov 15, 2010 1:35 pm

Who is better and why?

Let the debate begin :)

Imo i like them both i just prefer skream more cos i love the bass content and his diversity.

This. Caspa runs loadsa labels. But lets face it. The tunes hes churning out (and its quite sparce) are absolutley nothing compared to Skreams production.

to be fair they both put out some pretty shit tunes but purely because of the amount of tunes skream makes, he will always have a few more better tunes than caspa (and also considering nearly all of caspas tunes were shit...he shud stick to DJing, promoting and running labels). Don't get carried away with thinking all of skreams tunes are gold dust just because its skream...

Both have different takes on the genre.

Both have their own camps.

Both are doing their own thing.

Neither is better than the other.

Not getting to a they cant mix thing at all. Iv heard em smash it up. But recent sets from both have been pretty poor. Regardless there both pioneers and both badmans. Skreams just more if a bad man ; )

Why even compare. Both do completely different things within the scene imo.
Skream for chillin, Caspa for dancin. Although Skream can do a good elbow shaker too.
