Exactly. I grew up through my teens listening to primarily metal (and still enjoy it on the occasions I listen to it); what tends to amuse me are the fat long-haired metal heads who stereotype those who aren't fat, greasy and long-haired claiming they can't
possibly like metal because of what they look like. It's happened to me, it's happened to friends
I don't think dubstep has a stereotypical 'listener'. Thankfully
