Darkstar/Burial/Mount Kimbie/James Blake/Pangaea/Blawan...

I think it'd be interesting to see artists performing without any pressure to make people dance...

This is what I'm getting at. I know a few artists have done one off events, or like Nosaj's new visual show. Just wondering if folk would like to see more of it, and if in the end it could be better for the music.

really? how could you possibly sit still?

seats are for the ballet/theater imo
or a visual show like nosaj has been doing, even still the option to dance needs to exist in dance music :6:

but then again, half the people in a club are standing there like statues with only their head nodding so....

I was tempted to say DMZ. Mainly just because I want to see DMZ.

But on second thoughts, I could've said anybody. It's just because my legs are tired at the moment. Sitting is preferable.

I've just brought tickets to see Truth play and I have just noticed on the tickets that they're seated... that can't be right :(

John McLaughlin was the last seated show I went to.

Guess I could go see him again?
