Mike Millrain man, the dude made fucking LOADS of tracks,
I've got about 30 plus, includin' all them 'Large Joints' dub plates.

He was based around south London/Croydon back in the day, then went to work with Mike Skinner and
stopped making his own tunes. Shame. A real lost legend, more props for this guy as he was just as good
as EL-B imho.

Yeah, got that one as well, massive tune. Just done a mix for a blog which is all Millrain tunes, I'll stick a link up when it's out.

He made bumpy 4x4 stuff as well, the 'Big Bird' tunes were his as well I believe. The geezer had loads of aliases
'G Men' was one 'Deadly Dubz', D Base, Sound Central, Urban Myths, Stone Cold Steppaz, 24 Hour Experience, Soul Rebels,
Groove Kemist, Vibes Alive, Boogie Masters. There's a fuckin' load more i've forgotten.

Check these-

Yes mate, check Discogs and weep! I've been collecting his music for about 13 years and still haven't tracked them all down.

Those tunes were staples of the pirate stations in the late 90's round sarf london, places like Mitcham, Croydon, Streatham, Crystal palace, Norwood, Thornton Heath
that's where i first heard them, booming out over the car systems. Pure magic man.

hadn't heard a couple of these

such a great producer and he's been completely eclipsed by the likes of el-b, zed bias, steve gurley etc and i really can't work out why
