Dude, I actually sleep on the floor because it's more comfortable at the moment.

Been really hard to think of what I want this Christmas so I'll probably end up with alcohol, records and some blu-rays. It's all cool. :)

Also; what some money so I can book my trip to Amsterdam and Outlook. Also hoping to spend a few days in Venice after Outlook next year, so every little helps!

I have the HS80Ms and I really like them.

Not had enough experience on the others to judge fairly though

I've used the yamaha's and adams fairly regularly at college. The yamaha's make things sound pretty where the adams are brutally unforgiving. not used the dynaudio's but they are very reputable i've heard.
so you think the yammies are colored much? i knew they were more hi fi than either the adams or dyns, but a lot of reviews seem to say they translate decent enough. tbh im not THAT concerned with ultra perfect crystal clear and polished mixes, just something decent enough to listen and produce on.

cheers for the input

I'm at uni all term without a chance to go hoe till christmas. It'll be good to just be back with my friends and see family. Also it will be nice to live in a house without having to worry about it for 2-3 weeks, not thinking about rent and bills and food shopping and if we need toilet paper or something.
The older I get the more weird it seems to ask my parents for christmas presents, just asked for cooking stuff last year lol, might ask for some cheapish monitors.

Food is the main draw of Christmas for me, usually get about 3 christmas dinners.

hah pkay didn't you make a point about jewish in another topic?

Everyone should grow up and start to boycott the festive greed and expectations of gifts. (I realise in text that comes across as pure humbug, but runs a little thicker y'know)

heh christmas isn't a religious holiday anymore, it's a consumer one that starts in early november, hits its peak on black friday and fizzles out on christmas eve
runs a lot longer than hanukkah :6:

as a black person, i gotta say, kwanzaa is compelte and absolute bullshit. i remember as a kid around december, i was watching bet and some other family members were watching as well...suddenly the kwanzaa moment came on with two people reciting the kwanzaa creed or whatever. i've never laughed so hard...fuckin joke holiday.

and the dude who created kwanzaa also tortured to women. fuck that guy fam.
