De ja vu is weird!

Don't get how it works but it seems like these days when I get it, its lasting longer. Sometimes up to 10 seconds. Can be really fucking irritating.

I get de ja vu LOADS!! It is really annoying because i'm trying to remember if i dreamed it or if it has already happened. It usually is really obscure things though that I know have never happened, but know exactly what is going to happen next. WEIRD.

I once had de ja vu in Amsterdam while off my face on brownies. Went to a sex show and was telling everybody what was going to happen next.......and it did. My mates were like WTF.

I kinda like it but kinda dislike it at the same time.

I have insomnia and recently I've been having real trouble working out whether I'm awake or not, whether something I remember actually happened or if it was a dream or I just made it up or whatever. Weird shit

Yeah i get that too sometimes. Not so much the insomnia, but sometimes when im falling asleep i think that im thinking something, but am actually saying it out loud and stuff. Not really the same but kinda funny/awkard depending on who is there. Its the same with waking up, i think i've woken up and think i'm doing stuff then my alarm goes off. More dreaming than de ja vu but weirds me out a bit.

Thats how I feel. As a scenario unfolds i'm just aware that every split second that passes, whether its what i'm lookin at or the thoughts in my head, it feels like it has all happened before, potentially in a dream but fuck knows. But the annoying thing when experiencing it I couldn't say whats going to happen next as i end up in a vegetablised state, stunned by the intensity of it all.

Don't think I like it at all actually, feels like a small dose of insanity.
