a 320kbps constant bit rate tune means every second of the tune consists of 320kilobits. higher bit rate doesnt always mean better quality..just more data.
try to compare a 320kbps tune with a 128kbps one and you'll see the difference ;)

You guys suck. I'm seriously disappointed in both of you. You realize this is the dubstep forum right!?
