Wow! Those were completely boring. I didn't learn a thing. Oh well. And I usually love watching producer vids. I still haven't seen the Icicle one yet. gotta cop that.

got the mag, i thought the vids were pretty good tbh! sounds like im sucking up now because reso posted above me but i did think it was pretty good, cant explain it any simpler than that!

although i was having trouble getting the same sounds in albino...

id really like to see a tutorial from someone whos sound is a lot processed and ''out there'' like the newer overcompressed glitchhop stuff.. like, knowing how does james blake or flying lotus comme up with their sounds...

however, ive loved the ones posted above! crazy stuff! thx

I read an article in which FlyLo ralks about equipment anf techniques.

I'll have a hunt about for a link. It was pretty good, basically boiled down to three things though:

Sidechain everything to everthing else
Play drums percs with a Trigger Finger
Smoke copious amounts of Cali weed.
