well all the metalheads and local scene and pretty much everyone i knew with any musical knowledge beyond the kerrang top 40 thought they were shit and shared my viewpoint of thrash metal for kids.

well all the metalheads i know acknowledge them as one of those bands that got them into the genre and are grown up enough to admit they didnt start out listening to ministry. i once heard someone refer to them as 'bubblegum metal'... still a fucking kick ass band though, no doubt.
