seriously fuck a KVM "switch" and all those cables, etc...deadly habit wrote:yea or you can just get 2 video cardsFSTZ wrote:they make 3 head graphics cards, but they can get pricey...Depone wrote:It all depends on how many monitor outputs your graphics card has.samkablaam wrote:wat about 3 monitors? do you need another graphics card then?
Ask FSTZ i know he runs a 3 monitor setup, he might be able to help you.
I use a software application called "Maxi-Vista"
what it does is allows me to control 2 comps with one keyboard and mouse and it goes over your internet cable (kinda like a remote "PC anywhere" thing)
there is also an option to "extend desktop" over the 2nd computer so you can basically run 3 screens off of one computer as if your ethernet cable and router become an ad-hoc video card
check it out here

reminds me i need to ask santa for a kvm switch
ahhh so it pretty much uses an ethernet cable as a vga or dvi cable? i would get three mons going but i mean there is litterally NO room on my deskFSTZ wrote:they make 3 head graphics cards, but they can get pricey...Depone wrote:It all depends on how many monitor outputs your graphics card has.samkablaam wrote:wat about 3 monitors? do you need another graphics card then?
