Hi guys. Quick Q.
Hi guys. Quick Q.
Hello, I realize this is my first post, so I will give a little intro before my question. I am a dubstep/dnb DJ from AL, USA. I have been DJing for about 10 years. I am glad to be here and look forward to getting to know you guys.
OK, my question.
I play a little bit of drum n bass in my sets, and I have yet to find a single track that starts out at a dubstep tempo (140ish) and ends at a drum n bass tempo (175ish). I have found a few that start out 174 and end 140 like J. Rabbit's remix of Ice Cream and Bong - "Pluck". If you guys know of any tracks with two tempos like this, please let me know what they are. That would be a big help. Thanks in advance.

Find a track with a nice bit of instrumental bridge or something and pitch up down on the deckle, if you master it no one will notice trust.
Bass music lover since day dot.

Yeah you don't need tracks with tempo changes in 'em. A change in bpm is a change in bpm whether it's within one track or two, snypadub wrote:Find a track with a nice bit of instrumental bridge or something and pitch up down on the deckle, if you master it no one will notice trust.
what matters is how it changes and you can do that in numerous different ways.
*btw this should probably be in the Production forum.

Re: Hi guys. Quick Q.
I'm not sure if this is the type of dubstep you're looking for, but the song "Sunlight" by Modestep starts out as dubstep and then transitions into dnb. Hope this helps.
