Born and raised in Wakefield Quebec, now residing in Vancouver BC, Ben Ulis AKA Self Evident is a producer and performer of dance music that fuses culture, style + fashion from all over the world. Ben represents the Lighta! Crew which includes his brother Max Ulis, Taal Mala, Michael Red + Daega Sound. His tracks have been played by Dj Hatcha (Kiss FM London), The Bug, EDU K, Headhunter, Al-Haca & Kid Kameleon (XLR8R). He has collaborated on 2 soon to be released tracks with Warrior Queen. He has also played alongside Skream, Distance, Starkey, The Bug, Caspa, Excision, Bassnectar, Maga Bo, XI, El Papa Chango & Kraddy (Glitch Mob).
