Ramadanman without hesitating ... Still many more deserve some recognition for their work this year, for me it's v.i.v.e.k, james blake, terror danjah, actress ... and of course mala for the DMZ revival.
Hopefully 2011 will be about the return of ... Burial

really have been a lot of strong candidates for this 1, I can see why a lot of people are saying Ramadanman, Glut/ Tempest Fall Short/ Work them are almost enough on their own....I think for more traditional halfstep DJ Madd has really had an exceptional break through year, a lot of amazing tunes in a decent variety of moods, and Truth have had a strong year as well with a full excellent album and releases on Deep Medi & Disfigured Dubz.
