2011
Hey DSF, I know it's a little early dudes but I thought I'd make a thread gearing up for 2011. Hope everyone gets what they want next year in terms of their music. Thanks for teaching me a hell of a lot this year... big up to everyone on the forum- not going to name individuals because it's a team effort.

It's a great time to be alive for music. It's only gonna get better
Hopefully sometime next year i'll get a myspace page up or something. I would be nowhere without DSF.

Looking forward to;
- getting round to playing more of my tracks out
- finally putting together a proper 'studio'* mix tape
(*when I say 'studio' mixtape, I mean like a mix that has a collection of my own productions on it as well as tunes that are doing the business for me. Hate when people tag mixes as 'studio' when all it means is they didn't record it live from a club.)

3) learn more about signal routing
4) continue to refine song structure & arranging skills

Re: 2011
I need to nail the mixdown especially the drums, amongst other things.
After that, just generally learn to polish tracks and start "putting out" full tracks instead of WIPs.
Then hopefully towards the end of 2011 things start happenin'.
If I get twice as good as I am now that's only a quarter as good as some of you guys so

Get on that shit! You had lots of good ideas. I feel you about writing in format. They didn't like me in English class.deadly habit wrote: work more on my blog(i blame minecraft and the fact i hate writing in proper format unless i have too)

Looking forward to staying awesome
No but srsly now, rinsing the 100 grand studio at college as much as I can, recording loads of cool guitar, continuing to hoard more unecessary gear.
