Yeah it's usually people I've had varying levels of contact with. Wouldn't just send tunes to randomers I've never heard of obviously.

i don't just click on follow for someone because they are from say here, or leave me a comment or to bump up stats or whatever etc.
i follow people who's music i genuinely want to receive updates on their music or label etc
