@alexvont12 i could imagine me realllllly enjoying this after a few bongs, great vibe and rhythm!
@Kes-es great work on the ambients! love to hear that bass on a good soundsystem!
@kim smarkling if youve made those electro sounds yourself, then fair fucking play! id suggest listening to it with a house beat though, could work better!
@debaser1 id suggest using basser kicks in the intro, shake the room a bit, great work on the bass sounds!
@snellvillian7 quality first effort, only thing id change is the drum samples, sound a bit simple, id suggest buying a dubstep sample kit! it will help a lot!
@ homenoiserecord defo feeling the metal guitar, loving it after 2:12, only thing that id say needs changing is the actual wobble, sounds a bit amateur compared to the awesome guitar!

This is the first part of a dubstep track iv just been working on, i haven't added the hi hats yet, that needs doing next! ill return feedback!

@LukeRaith Funny thing is this song was pretty much made completely after a few bong rips :D.. thanks for the feed. Feeling the lead alot but I would turn the bass up higher... I could barely notice it was there. Also the no hi hats are driving me insane hahah... Great start man. :W:

@Luke Wraith - really liking the tune so far, if i were you i would maybe think about mixing the melodies up a bit, also get that snare to the front of the mix, kinda being drowned out by the rest of the sound.. Liking it as a whole though. Also the filter on the wobble during the breakdown is great.

@Kes-Es - Eerie vibes bruv.. Really liking the choir.. would maybe add some reverb or imaging to the wobble as i feel its a bit over powering. Tune is sick though..

@Matthew-B - Interesting track.. the piano samples in the back are sick.. Perc is also spot on.. Not enough melodies in there for me though bruv, but really impressed with your drum work. Would maybe take some of the 'crunch' off your wobble + maybe add a bit of verb.. Looking forward to the finish project though.

Here's my track.. The mix is awful i know.. please leave some feedback on how i could improve this track.. thanks a bunch.

Voodeedoo: Very nice synth and melody. Nice trip-hoppy beat and makes it sound like Boards of Canada actually! Beat is really thick and good and the panned synths fits perfectly. Not sure what your thoughts are, if you're planning on maxing it out or anything but so far so good!
LukeRaith: I really like this. Would personally like you to bring out the kick and snare a tiny bit more and yeah, add other percussions as well but I see you're planning on that. The foundation is really really solid though and mix is good. It's like one of those tunes where you think "Man, that riff is so simple. Why didn't I come up with that?". Simple but genius, the kind of tunes that stick to your mind and it works really well with that bass + synth. Just add breaks, hihats, percussions and a little FX here and there and I believe you will have a really good tune. Do not add too much stuff though, as I think this should be kept pretty minimal still.
-Corrodium-: Really cool bass riff. Especially the 0:57 - 1:22 part. You should stick to that all the way to the breakdown and not change the riff at 1:22 as you do. Would be so much better. Not sure on the ride, I think some regular hihats would suit it better maybe but it's okay. Volume is a bit low but I don't think the mix is awful, sounds tight actually. I really dislike the vocal sample however! You should definitely remove it/replace it IMO. You should also do something else for the second drop. Switch up the bass or something, maybe with a really rough wobble instead. But as I said 0:57 - 1:22 and the breakdown is great!

What's with all these people posting tunes without giving feedback first by the way? I suggest people not to comment on these. Do not encourage them! It ruins for us who actually put effort in giving feedback, posts a tune and gets no feedback at all because of this.

My new WIP anyway. : )

@boring - yeah man like those percusion sounds, and the delay on them, samples really nice too! could maybe turn it up slightly and put some more highend on it, as the bass hitting the reverb is making it a little difficult to make out what he's saying, what is he saying?

@Voodeedoo - liking the synth melody, and loving the hiphop sounding drum kit :D

@corrodium - all im gonna say is , survey says... BIG UP!

right i got a few new tings that im happy with first,is this deep kinder trip dubstep vibe, well thats how i feel about it, make sure you can feel that sub!

@brettheaslewood,
meanings - propper like it mate, always into this kinda deep medi sub, unfortunatly i cant hear the sub propperly cause of my shoddy speakers, but there kinda spazzin out due to the intense sub tho so thats a good sign heh, and i really like that pad/melody kinda thing in the background,

selekta beat - mate, only one thing to say really, diiirty bassline, thats the kinda sound im lookin for at the moment, big up

yo yo fo fo - i like the intro melody for defo, gets you into the groove of things, and yea that bass sound has got kinda drilled, but i still like it, im tryin to work out how to make em, but still good

hope this kinda helped

@corrodium dude your a way better producer than me so feels kinda wierd tellin u how i think it wud be better, but maybe automate that high pitched sound that goes with the main grime riff, so it kinda changes slightly throughout the drop, keeps u locked on abit more, like trying to figure it out n by the time youve figured it out its alreday changed up. still a messy track tho :D:

@LukeRaith: Really diggin' the track, crank up the wobble and the drums. Solid tune, can't wait to see it finished.

@-Corrodium-: Not awful at all, bassline sounds pretty dank, reminds me of Flux Pavillion's Got 2 know tune.

@-dj nation: Solid track, might wanna turn down reverb a tad bit.

Here's something I whipped up in 3 hours. Feedback would be awesome.

@ tripwire22, loving it mate. Love the transition to the constant sub where you put some small periods of sub. This is gonna be great.
@ Astral, i like when the wobble comes in but there's no build up to that part (or barely, the drums go away), that's a shame. Love the high freq synth too. It fills up the spaces left empty by the wobble.
@ Brettheaslewood, the last song - i wish i got my Yeihs and Yoihs as good as yours. I absolutely love your drums. You've clearly put a lot of work in those.

Anyway, i was bored, made this in half an hour. It's the first time i experiment with white noise risers and stuff, so it really sucks now, but i'll get there (eventually). I need you guys to say what a noob like i could do better.
