Is this song dubstep?

I got into a stupid YouTube argument today with another dubstep promoter, the problem being that he uploaded a song that was clearly not dubstep to me. Here is the song in question:



Now, am I crazy for saying that this song is obviously not dubstep? Sure, it's not bad, but does having just a few wobbles in it make it dubstep now? The dubstep genre has become so broad that I'm not sure what now qualifies as dubstep and what doesn't. I just wanted to get your opinions on this, because I think that you guys would know best. Thanks.

Okay, on the OP.
The only reason I know this could be related to Dubstep is that I have other tracks by Zeds Dead ( Also remixes)

I've also started to introduce dirty basslines etc to my house tracks but this just isn't my thing.
