How to make this garage bass sound?

Hey everyone, Hoping someone here can help me with this! I want to make this bass sound, ive tried with square waves but its not sounding right! Its a pretty common sound, i dont think its too difficult but i just cant get it right so any help would be great, or if anyone is feeling especially nice to make a patch that would be much appreciated! An example is in this submerse song from around 2.30 - http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=xJHBdghr3vI and this synkro tune from around 1.20 http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=uDhZF5OFQRw Im using fl studio, so how to make it in 3xosc, albino 3, or massive would be good! Thanks!
