Not a massive fan of UK Hip Hop/Rap but i've always liked MD7. The Power & The Glory being a most underrated album. Seems that Malik is still spitting

maybe you should learn to tell the difference between rap and grime instrumentals and flows before you comment.

and virtually noone freestyles off the top of their heads any more. those bars hadn't been put on a tune that was released at the time of that freestyle.
