I lurked here for about a year before I joined, and only joined to enter the first sample competition. I started a new alias every comp' because I was ashamed with how crap I did, think it was not till the forth comp' when I got one vote that i stuck with this alias. I used to post about once a month, which turned in to about once a week, which is now multiple times a day (to much).

For a stretch, almost daily. Sometimes, for a month at a time, I'm not near a computer. I love helping where I can, but for the most part people either post more intelligent answers, the op could just Google it, or someones already posted that alpaca I've been eying.
Oh, and FSTZ please don't leave us, unless your making a shit load of bills I'll understand. Regardless the reason, please explain further. Unless that's a lie of course.

it's no lie...

I pop in from time to time (like right now)

I have set some new goals for myself both at the office (less wasting time) and at home (manage the labels better, make more tunes, etc...)

plus my agent / manager believes it is in my best intrest to minimize my online footprint (meaning post less)
