Pirate Radio Documentary + Tune ID

Heres a link to a documentary about pirate radio in London, features rinse and kool fm. Well worth a watch!

Also if anyone can tell me the name of the tune that comes in at 5:10 it would be massively appreciated!

They still exist though, plenty of good ones about! I play on one in bristol which still gets a massive audience.
