Guess it would be better if they were to bookend the vinyl using cardboard mailers and/or use stronger packaging, I'd pay an extra couple of quid for that.

Warpmart pack records really well, although I haven't used them in ages either.

However, Royal Mail have a lot to answer for... :x
Agreed there mate.

A couple of years ago a postman tried to fit a 12 through my letter box by folding it in half.

put wobbly records between two sheets of glass. or lie them on a very smooth flat table with a sheet of glass (or something that presses the record down evenly such as a huge photography book) over the top. after a good long while theyll flatten out. :)
is it?

NO.

^^ yeah i'm doing that with the worst of them. thanks. there's always the oven method but that can give odd results.

i have to apologize to Forensics (the one and only, original) because i mistook forensix (mcr) for him in my first response. very sorry i slung your name around like that, mate.

as for the other one, i'll assume it was a wrong side of the bed thing and forgive

That's hideous and hilarious at the same time. What a wasteman :o

I almost lost my A-level certificates because the post-twat ignored the recorded delivery sticker and sort of put the envelope sticking out under the door mat instead. It then blew across the front garden and was only saved from the main road by the hedge.
