Its been in my bag for at least a year/couple of years i think. has always confused me...

I'm just as amped to hear new Swamp 81 releases as anyone else, but until you have run a label yourself, maybe take a moment to consider that you don't know what all is involved.

Also, you are not owed anything.

That said, I would love to hear what gems are waiting for release, but in the meantime, there's a ton of good music to be heard, so I will be patient. Sorta.

Wise words exactly shiva. There are many factors that can change a release date. The artist can give you a last minute mixdown that they think is better. The person doing the sleeve might have sent out the wrong format by mistake. The person dealing with the presales might have been on holiday when you sent over the release sheet. The plant could have easily ran out of polymers to press. None of this can be controlled by the label owner, who has enough of a job listening to new demos and answering emails. People should just be thankful enough that stuff comes out in the first place, never mind Loefah giving it the quality control he does.
