seems good, gonna read through it tomorrow, i have to say tho, the thinking inside the box eq tutorial was also really usefull, so if u havent read it u shud

yeah, just checked it, and inside the box is great! the one I've linked to actually fits in nicely - as it talks about complimentary EQ as a way of separating 'splodges'...

Personally I thought this tutorial was much better than the thinking inside the box one. That one felt painfully basic whereas this one actually had some good ideas in it.

the mixing inside the box one is a great introduction to the core principles though - if you know very little it's a great place to start...
