I've heard people say this before, why is this so?

i really like it cos its bare easy to manipulate the vinyl quickly, its lighter so its easy to cue and a little bit more responsive when you're fine tuning.... no doubt a 180g 12" sounds better but 10's just have sumat about em for me too

I just find it an aesthetically pleasing size... plus there's less of them in most record collections, so they seem a bit more special, and they remind me of dubplates.
