Soundcloud rightsholder issue

yeah, ive been really annoyed by this to, extremely in fact, as i did a remix of that britney song and they took it down the same day-really shitty as i was emailing them saying i wasnt going to let it for free download or anything just for entertainment value. And they left a ton of other britney remixes up there, bullying just me and maybe 2 other people about it. So shitty. Youtube did the same but i posted it back up anyway claiming fair use and for commentary and play value only. Anyway/rant

I applied again, therefore someone should have listened to it. But instead they denied me until I demanded to know the time this 'sample' entered my song.
