Bass tone in Loefahs Midnight. I don't want it to be exact, but a rough guide of where to start would be awesome.

Sorry for the delay, but that's my Trolley Snatcha thwomp combi. I made it mad long ago so the routing and shit is ridiculous so be careful if you try to tweak it. Sorry for the messy rack, lemme know if you like it.

Thank you very much. Its very similar, its quite messy, but im sure i can clean it up somewhat. Well done! :D :D :D

The main synth part. Reminds me of the synth on the first song on the YYYs Fever to Tell.

Distortion? How do they get it to sound so "hollow(?)"?

I'm pretty sure 'Warp' is just a preset from Sylenth1 actually...called HOV Dominator or something.

2 main basses are IMO 2 of the best basses in any dubstep tune

obviously i don't expect to get a response about the bark but at least the first bass of the drop thats made by cookie?
I assume it was made with Subtractor/Maelstrom + Scream 4 but I know next to nothing about making decent sounds in reason and am trying to learn how to do so

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=IPVD_2AI-uQ <-Bass Cannon-Flux Pavillion

This song hasn't been released yet by Flux, but the bass he drops is friggen massive (somehow it sounds filthier on a live video)...I think it consists of formants and square saws but does anyone know how to achieve a similair type of sound? And have that much fatness to it? I hear the high pitched osc but how does he gets such thickness to the sound? (besides detuning, voicing, and lpf)
