Depends where you will be located Thursday to Saturday, Wellington and Auckland are (arguably) the 'gig capitals'. Plenty of good local NZ acts on a week to week basis without fail so there'll definitely be something to check out. If you want to check out the best of NZ dubstep, if possible, I suggest attending this http://www.dashtickets.co.nz/event/92cc22753

No WAY. Revelation!!!!!

Also - Optimus Gryme - Annihilation of the Ego is one of my all-time favourite dubstep tracks. The NZ guys have got something special going on, it's like their heritage is injecting soul into their electronic music, amazing stuff.

Yoo,

I'm a dubstep artist based in Auckland, New Zealand.
My track 'Notion' was influenced by Mt Eden Dubstep:

Soundcloud

It's part of a 7 track EP and it's available for free at my bandcamp if you're interested :)
